Welcome to Dealertrack, Inc. (“Dealertrack” or “we”), the online platform to facilitate your car purchase/lease with your preferred dealer and lender. Through our Assisted Remote Signing service, you’ll be able to view and execute the necessary documents to complete your purchase/lease and the related financing.  During the document review and execution process, we collect personal information from you that we may provide to the dealer and/or lender, but we only use this personal information as directed by the dealer and/or lender.  For more information about how we may use your personal information, please review Dealertrack’s Privacy Policy at https://us.dealertrack.com/, and for information on how the dealer or lender may use your personal information, please review their respective privacy policies.

In providing our Assisted Remote Signing service, we, and our service providers, use cookies and other tracking mechanisms to automatically collect information about your device, such as your device’s IP address, and your use of the Assisted Remote Signing service.  Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your device’s hard drive through your web browser for record keeping purposes. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate the Assisted Remote Signing services, while others are used for compliance and recordkeeping purposes.

Assisted Remote Signing users who disable cookies will not be able to use the Assisted Remote Signing service and will be unable to complete their intended transaction remotely.
