Re: Dealer Information Owner Reactivation/Change Letter

Pursuant to the Dealertrack Access Agreement (the "Access Agreement") between the dealer set forth below ("Dealer") and Dealertrack, Inc.

Dealer understands that by designating such individual(s) as Dealer Information Owner(s), Dealer is authorizing Dealertrack to give such individual(s) administrative rights for Dealer on the System, as more fully described in the Access Agreement and the Dealertrack website.

The undersigned represents, warrants and covenants on behalf of Dealer that (i) the execution and delivery of this letter has been duly authorized by all necessary corporate action on the part of Dealer and (ii) he or she has the requisite power, authority and legal right to execute and deliver this letter and bind Dealer. Dealer understands and agrees that a digital signature will have the same legal effect as an original signature.

Except as amended or supplemented by this letter, the Access Agreement remains in full force and effect. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Access Agreement.
